Lauren’s professional journey commenced in 2002 within the customer service sector, where she excelled in high-end beauty salons and spas. Her leadership skills shone as she managed staff before venturing into entrepreneurship, establishing her own business in 2017. Through these experiences, Lauren has refined her ability to pay meticulous attention to detail, attentively listen to clients’ needs, nurture relationships, and promptly deliver on requirements.

Lauren knows how to listen, communicate explicitly, delegate, instruct, and deliver on what people need. Her loyalty to her clients is beyond measure and a very hard strength to find in today’s business world. Her role at Weir & Co Real Estate is to coordinate staff and ensure all the daily transactions, documentation, and communication is up to standard and that client’s needs are met immediately and are front of mind with the administration staff.

Lauren co-founded Weir & Co Real Estate along with Bodie Weir, her partner, and works alongside Bodie daily to ensure his clients receive the utmost care and diligence in all real estate transactions.
